David Max Summerlot, 64, passed away May 25, 2025. He as born on July 6, 1960 in Terre Haute to Jack and Bobbi Summerlot.
He is survived by his son John Summerlot (Danielle Burns), brothers Jack Summerlot and Kevin Summerlot, sister Vicki Summerlot, and grandchildren Annaleigh, Raelyn, and James.
He is preceded in death by both his parents.
