David (Chico) Lee Edwards, 64, of Terre Haute, passed away Saturday, Oct. 12th, 2013, at his home. He was born in Terre Haute on June 2, 1949, to Warren Edwards, Sr. and Margaret Webster Edwards. He is survived by one brother, Warren Edwards; two sons, Patrick Edwards and David A. (Tripp) Edwards; two daughters, Shannon Edwards and Davetta Cox, and four step-children, Chris Miller, Joe Faga, Bettie Cox, and Lori Fagg. He was preceded in death by his parents. David was a veteran of the United States Army and served three years in Germany. He had a very free spirit, enjoyed cooking and the outdoors. Services will be at 5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at Union Christian Church, 5350 E. Hulman Dr., with Pastor Mark Grayless officiating. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to service time in the Church. DeBaun Funeral Home, Wabash Avenue Chapel assisted with arrangements.
