David L. Campbell, 44, lifelong Terre Haute resident, passed away April 1, 2013 at Union Hospital. He was born on December 3, 1968 to Vernon and Betty (Menser) Campbell. Before his illness David was employed in the custodial department at the Merom Power Plant. He was an avid outdoorsman that especially enjoyed fishing, hunting, and mushroom hunting. His mother has preceded him in death. He is survived by his father, his wife Lori (Franklin) Campbell; a son David Campbell and a step-son Brandon Franklin; two daughters Leslee Campbell and Chelsea Campbell; a sister Lorra Campbell-Hampton and husband Kerry, and a granddaughter Alexa Franklin. There are several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be in DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 1 p.m. Calling will be from 11 a.m. until service time. Keeping with his wishes the family has chosen cremation.
