Daniel M. Wentz, Sr., 75, of Prairieton passed away September 30, 2018 in Putnam County, Indiana.  He was born in Lafayette, IN on April 20, 1943.  Mr. Wentz was a retired employee of the Vigo County Highway Department.  His survivors are his son Denny Wentz, a step-son Michael Hanna, and a step-daughter Alisha Parks.  There are seven grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a son Daniel M. Wentz, Jr.  Funeral services will be at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Saturday October 6, 2018 at 3:00 p.m., with Rev.
