Dallas E. Hart, 74 of Terre Haute, passed away at 7:55 PM on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Union Hospital. He was born in Coal City, IN on August 18, 1940 to Floyd Hart and Pearl Headley Hart. Dallas was a retired computer programmer/analyst for the ISU Cunningham Memorial Library. He is survived by his wife Mary Tubby Hart, whom he married September 1, 1963. Also surviving is his daughter, Christina Hunt (husband David), and grandchildren Lauren and Logan Hunt. In addition, he is also survived by his brother Bill Hart and his daughters Dawn and Julie, sister-in-law Lillian Hart, and brother–in-law and sister-in-law Larry and Carolyn Tubby, and their daughter Julie. He was preceded in death by one brother, Bob Hart. Dallas was a member of the First Baptist Church of West Terre Haute. Funeral services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Bert Baker, Pastor Chuck Rawsthorne, and Pastor Jeff Augustus officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM in DeBaun Springhill Chapel. The family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to either the First Baptist Church Church of West Terre Haute Teen Ministry Fund, 205 S. 5th St., West Terre Haute, IN 47885, or Hope Children's Home, 11415 Hope International Drive, Tampa, FL 33625.
