Clarence William Henry, 97, of Terre Haute passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022 at his residence.  He was born April 10, 1924 in Clark County to Albert and Madama Henry.  Clarence served his country in the United States Navy.  He was a minister most of his life spreading the word of the Lord in both Terre Haute and Sullivan County.  Most of all Clarence loved to spend time with his family.  He was even known as grandpa to many of his grandchildren's friends and others.

Clarence is survived by his son William Joseph Henry (Kathy) and daughter Diana Kay Henry (special friend Barbara Smith), grandchildren Billy Henry (Lynn), Jamie Henry (Darby), Robbe Chrisman, and Amanda Cesinger (Billy), eight great-grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife of 57 years Thelma Louise Henry whom passed away March 16, 2002, several brothers and sisters, including special baby sister Jody.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until service time.  Service will begin at 12:00 noon Thursday.  Brother Bob Weeks will be officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt.
