Clarence M. Barkman, Jr., 82 of Terre Haute and formerly of Delhi, NY passed away in his residence surrounded by his loved ones. He retired in 1993 from the Delaware County (Delhi, NY) Highway Department. He was born August 9, 1931 in New Kingston, NY to Clarence M. Barkman and Myrtle (Graham) Barkman. Clarence is survived by his loving companion, Ellen Rohner; 2 daughters, Brenda Rotella of Delhi, NY and Tina Houk of Silvis, IL; son, Roger Barkman of Schenectady, NY; a sister, Ruth Lawson of Schenectady, NY; 3 brothers, Charlie Barkman of Kentucky, Arthur Barkman of Mesa, AZ, and George Barkman of Mesa, AZ; granddaughters, Marsha Rotella of Delhi, NY and Heather Anderson of Silvis, IL; a great granddaughter, Kholie Parker of Silvis, IL and several nieces and nephews. Clarence loved to go camping at Dietz Lake. Per Clarence's request, cremation is scheduled. DeBaun Funeral Home, Wabash Ave. Chapel is entrusted with arrangements.
