Cindy Lu “Ninny” Vanarsdale-Lewis, 68, of Terre Haute passed away Monday August 17, 2026 in her residence. She was born October 24, 1957 in Terre Haute to James and Barbara (Meeks) Blaine. Cindy is survived by her husband, Dale Lewis; daughter, Heather Vanarsdale; brother, Mark Blaine; grandchildren, Mekenzie Walters (Corey), Brittany Smith, Courtney Lewis, Jessie Lewis, and Blaine Vanarsdale; six great-grandchildren; uncle, Gary Meeks (Linda) and the numerous children and their families that Cindy cared for at her daycare for over 37 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandparents, Chloe and Harry Meeks. Visitation will be Friday August 21, 2026 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services starting at 3:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Mike Brown officiating.
