Charles was born on November 20, 1937 in Pensacola, Florida.  He passed peacefully on December 23, 2021 in Terre Haute, Indiana. Charles was a corpman in the United States Navy aboard the U.S.S. Kersarge. He retired from the Federal Penitentiary as a PA in Safford, Arizona. He loved to play golf and go fishing and spend time with his grandkids. He is survived by two daughters, Tracy (George) Miranda-Binkley, Dania Miranda and one son John (Misty) Miranda. Eight beloved grandchildren, Andrea (Andy) Andrews, Tristan Miranda-Binkley, Richard Miranda, Kaytlynn Emberton, Collin Miranda, Ashley Miranda, Jayde Orso and Jacob Orso and two great grandsons Kellen and Finnegan. Brothers Glenn (Susie) Miranda, George Burleson and Joe Seager and one sister Evelyn Seager. Charles was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Doris Miranda and two brothers Tommy Seager and Harry Seager.

Cremation was entrusted to DeBaun Funeral Home.
