Charles Junior Hall, 84 of Terre Haute, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 in Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born in Hammond, IN on March 7, 1932 to Henry B. Hall and Florence Ann Gatewood Hall. Charles owned and operated Dependable Window Cleaning for several years. He is survived by his wife Barbara Pine Hall, 1 son, Audie Hall, and three daughters; Beverly Waggoner, Catherine Certain, and Nancy Rutledge. Also surviving is an adopted son, Thurman Rutledge, and his sister Wilma Prather, as well as 10 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and several step-brothers, step-sisters, and nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at Marshall Cemetery, Marshall, IL on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 2:00 PM, with Pastor David Smith officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of DeBaun Springhill Chapel.
