Charles "Chuck" Franklin Watkins, 84, of Terre Haute, formerly of Cayuga, IN, passed away on January 20, 2025, at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born in Williamsport, IN on February 4, 1940, to Roland Wayne Watkins and Olive Frances (Bonebrake) Watkins. Charles retired from Bungee (Lauhoff) in 2003 where he was a lab technician. Charles was preceded in death by his parents and sister in laws Beverly and Paula. He is survived by his soulmate and spouse of 62 years Marjorie Watkins, his 4 sons Michael (Tammi) of Talladega, AL, Steve (Brenda) of Terre Haute, Randy (Gidget) of Mesa, AZ, Scott (Polly) of Terre Haute, grandchildren Josh (Alexis), Brady (Claire), Chelsey, Hannah, James, Latrish (CW), Brittney (Chris), Anthony, Adam, Robert (Kerisa), and Tara, great-grandchildren Ayvah, Shane, Kayley, Aurora, Titus, Gabrielle, Ezra, Olive, Madison, and Ainsley. Charles was an avid gardener. He also enjoyed cooking and making candy during the holidays. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed classical and marching band music. Per Charles' wishes, there will be no services. Cremation was entrusted to DeBaun Funeral Home.
