Charles Dallas Cooke, DVM, 64, of Terre Haute passed away Friday September 2, 2016. He loved working as a Veterinarian at Heritage Animal Hospital. Charles was born February 18, 1952 in Terre Haute to Wayne Cooke and Vera (Slusser) Cooke. He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Smock) Cooke; his mother, Vera Cooke; a daughter, Jessica Cooke of Terre Haute; a son, Clayton Dean Cooke (Amanda) of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Cooper Cooke, Ella Cooke, and Olivia Cooke; sisters, Lu Ann Roesch of Terre Haute and Linda Sue Bennett of Shoals, IN; a sister-in-law, Elaine Farrell of Elkhart, IN and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Rio Grande Baptist Church and the Breakfast Optimist Club. As per Charles request, no services are scheduled and cremation has been chosen.
