Charles Paul "Chuck" Curtis, 79, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday October 20, 2015 in Harrison Crossings. He was retired from Stran-steel and Pfizer. Chuck was born July 8, 1936 in Terre Haute to Fred Curtis and Emma (Johnson) Curtis. He married Catherine "Peg" (Dixon) Curtis on May 28, 1960 and she survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Michelle Naugle and her husband Kenny of Terre Haute; a son, Roger Curtis and his wife Marla of Michigan; six grandchildren, Austin, Bailey, and Camren Curtis and Andrew, Dillon, and Sydney Morgan; three sisters, Donna O'Keefe, Zela Horton, and Frida Yaw and several nieces and nephews. Chuck was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church and he enjoyed bowling and fishing. Visitation will be Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 4:00 until 8:00 pm in DeBaun Funeral Homes, Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Dr. with a prayer service at 7:00 pm in the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am Friday October 23, 2015 in St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Father Rick Ginther officiating. Entombment will be in the mausoleum at Calvary Cemetery.
