Catherine Colette Hatcher, 76, of Terre Haute passed away on Thursday December 19, 2019 in IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born March 15, 1943 in Vigo County to William and Doris (Vaughn) Hatcher. She is survived by a daughter, Theresa Hemrich (Larry); sons, Matthew Smith (Ana), Michael Smith (Pam), Stephen Smith (Angie), Richard Smith (Kathy); sisters, Margaret Wier, Delores Case, Cecilia Hatcher, Rosemary Wiggins (Victor), Mary Hatcher and Diane Hatcher; brother, Frank Hatcher (Faith); sister-in-law, Judy Hatcher; grandchildren, Heather, Spencer, Shane, David, Tyler, Dakota, Mikayla, Kenny, Logan, Lexie, Brandy, Cole and Gary; 23 great-grandchildren, three great great-grandchildren, lifelong friend Carol Coonce and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, William Hatcher and Joseph Hatcher. As per Catherine's wishes, there are no services and cremation has been chosen.
