Carolyn Sue Richardson, 78, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020 at her residence.  She was born November 4, 1941 in Indianapolis to Ron Morse and Juanita C. Morse.  Sue was an avid mushroom hunter, enjoyed crafting, was a big Jeff Gordon fan and loved to watch NASCAR racing.  She was a 1959 graduate of Jasonville High School and was the Salutatorian of her class.  Sue was very proud of her family and loved spending time with them as well as her beloved cat.  She was very close to her sister, Terry Wilks who was not only her sister but her best friend.

Sue is survived by her sons Brad Richardson (Kathy), Bret Richardson, and Brent Richardson, her sister Terry Wilks, grandchildren Dr. Jennifer Lopshire (Drew), Brian Richardson, Dustin Richardson, Tyler Richardson (Kelsey), Lindsay Zehrung (Dr. Craig Zehrung), Austyn Richardson, Emma Richardson, and Jake Richardson; great grandchildren Addilyn Lopshire, Kennedy Lopshire, Tucker Richardson, and Kyser Richardson.  She is preceded in death by her parents, son Robert J. Richardson, Jr., and her brother in law Tom Wilks.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with services beginning at 1:00 p.m.  Pastor Jim Clayton will be officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Online condolences may be made to www. Debaunfuneralhomes.com.
