Carolyn "Jean" Liggett, 79, of Terre Haute passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.  She was born January 24, 1944, in Danville, Illinois to Charles Woodrow Davis and Helen Susie Allen Davis.  Jean and her husband were avid bowlers. She was a teacher in Martinsville, Illilnois for many years. Jean enjoyed time with family and loved her dog, Benny.

Jean is survived by her daughter in law Jo Liggett, grandchildren Nicholas Myles, Nathaniel Goodman, Erika Roberts, Fayth Knight and Heath Knight; great-grandchildren Aksel, Oaklea, Sophia, and Joseph; and her beloved dog Benny. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Dale Liggett, son Scott Liggett, and brother Charles Davis.
