Carolyn C. Horner, 85, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017 In Breckenridge Health and Rehab.

She was born August 1, 1931 in Graysville, Indiana to Herbert Triplett and Marie Starkey Triplett.

Carolyn enjoyed working puzzles and watching old westerns.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Forest Horner, Sr, who passed away October 22, 1988; and two brothers, Gerald Triplett and Monty James Triplett.

Carolyn is survived by her two sons, Forest Horner, Jr., of Terre Haute, and Drew Horner, of Sullivan; a daughter, Carmen Horner, of Terre Haute; a sister, Ramona Lampton and a brother, Lennis Triplett.

Services will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 East Springhill Drive, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802 with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
