Carol Ann Caton, 43, of Terre Haute, passed away at 10:02 PM on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Union Hospital in Clinton. She was born in Terre Haute on March 16, 1969 to Jerry Lee Long and Ruth Evelyn Campbell Long. She is survived by her husband Wesley Caton, whom she married July 19, 1995. Also surviving are three sons, Samuel Caton, Caleb Caton, and Stephen Keller. Carol is also survived by her parents Jerry Lee Long and Ruth Evelyn Long, as well as two brothers; Michael Lee Long of Pendleton, IN and his children Kaitlynn and Kevin, Troy Wm. Long & wife Janet of Prairie Creek, and children Teeaira & Tiesha, and one sister, Brenda Marie Gaudard & her husband Jesse of Schertz, TX & their children Marissa & Shannon. Other survivors include her Mother-in-law & Father-in-law, Dee & Walter Caton, and one sister-in-law, Debbie Harris & her husband Geoff, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was a member of New Life Fellowship Church. Funeral services will be held in DeBaun Springhill Chapel at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 1, 2013, with Rev. Jeff Harpole officiating. Burial will follow in New Harmony Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM in DeBaun Springhill Chapel & from 12 Noon – 1:00 PM on Friday in the funeral home. The family requests that, memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or New Life Fellowship Church, in her memory.
