Burch Robertson Harlan, 92 of Terre Haute, passed away at 5:40 PM on Sunday, January 3, 2016 in his residence. He was born in Prairieton on February 4, 1923 to Ernest B. Harlan and Edith B. Robertson Harlan. Burch was a farmer, and worked very hard for many years on the family farm. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Wilma Mars Harlana
