Brent Patrick Hamblen, 48, of Terre Haute passed away on February 21, 2022.  He was born May 5, 1973 in Terre Haute to Joseph E. Hamblen and Kathleen S. Harkness Norris.  Brent was a free spirit and was known to march to the beat of his own drum.  He loved music and enjoyed being around his many friends. He will be remembered for his fun sense of humor.  Brent also enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Brent is survived by his mother, Kathleen Norris, daughters Lia Hamblen (Wyatt), Madelyn Hamblen, and Joslyn Hamblen, brothers Jay Hamblen, David Hamblen, and Scott Hamblen, niece Kathleen Hamblen, nephews Zachary Hamblen, Jayson Hamblen (Allison), Joseph Hamblen, Scotty Hamblen, and Tanner Hamblen, great-niece Claire Hamblen and great-nephews Benjamin Hamblen and Jameson Hamblen.  He was preceded in death by his father and daughters Baylee Hamblen and Miranda Hamblen.

A visitation will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with service at 1:00 p.m. Reverend Jeff Lee will officiate. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Happiness Bag Inc.  Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
