Brenda Sue Taylor(Thompson) 76 of Farmersburg passed away Thursday November 9, 2023 in Springfield Illinois.

She was born January 24, 1947 in Terre Haute Indiana to Claude Leon and Dorothy Lucille (Cutsinger)Thompson.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Larry Allen "Shorty" Thompson and twin sister, Linda Lou Copeland.

Her memory will forever be cherished not only by her son Terry Lee, daughter in law Donna and grandchildren Adrianne and Addison Skelton but also by family and friends.

She loved food, playing bingo and talking to everyone she met.  And no one was a stranger to Brenda.  She was the epitome of hard working and conservative person.

Visitation will be Tuesday November 14, 2023 from 1pm to 3pm in DeBaun Springhill chapel with funeral services at 3pm in the funeral home with pastor Ken Olin officiating. Burial will follow in West Lawn Cemetery in Prairie Creek.
