Brenda D. Peters, 67, passed away on November 29, 2021 at Providence Health Care.  She was born on April 12, 1954 to Earl Strain and Betty Russell Strain.  Brenda was preceded in death by both parents; husband Forest V. Peters; sisters Nancy Hughes and Cathy Strain.  Brenda is survived by her daughters Christina Auterson (Ron), Charlotte Fulk (Cliff) and Tracy McCombs (Tim); sisters Dorothy Nichols (Jim), Carolyn Piety (Barrett), and Cindy Peters (Mike); grandchildren Ronnie Auterson, Brandon Auterson, Katlyn Fulk, Ely Fulk, Paige McCombs, and Kolton McCombs; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as her brother-in-law Bob.  Brenda drove a school bus for several years before retiring.  She loved music and spending time with her family.  Visitation for Brenda will be held at DeBaun Funeral Homes Springhill Chapel on Sunday, December 5 from 11:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. with services starting at 2:00 P.M. Burial at New Harmony Cemetery will follow.
