Brenda K. Gayso, 57, of Terre Haute passed away Friday March 18, 2022 in Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. She was a store manager for 31 years at Cosmo Prof. Brenda was born September 1, 1964 in Terre Haute to James and Opal (Jordan) McCullough. She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Joseph L. Gayso; sons, Adam Gayso (Danielle) and Joshua Gayso; brothers, Dennis McCullough (Cathy), James D. McCullough (Marcia), Dwayne McCullough (Trish), and Darrell McCullough (Dawn); granddaughter, Ava Gayso; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Gayso and Janice Layman; good friend, Leslie Kunz and several nieces and one nephew. Brenda attended Maryland Community church. She loved playing Pickleball, spending time with her granddaughter and she very much loved her job. Visitation will be Thursday March 24, 2022 in DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to either Hospice of the Wabash Valley or the Terre Haute Humane Society.
