Brenda Kay Breneman, 71, of Terre Haute passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at her home surrounded by family.  She was born June 1, 1953, in Terre Haute to George E. Crowley and Lula Maxine Knight Crowley. Brenda was a 1971 graduate of Wiley High School.  She was a caregiver and nurse for most of her life.  After 30 years as an LPN, she returned to school and became a Registered Nurse.  She also became a licensed cosmetologist simply so she could do hair for her patients.  Brenda was a member of the Pentecostal House of Prayer.  She was richly blessed with a wonderful family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Brenda always lit up a room with her smile and when you asked how she was, she was "just peachy!".  She will be forever missed by those that love her.

Brenda is survived by her children Carrie Newport (John), Jacqueline Becker (Jesse) George McAdams, grandchildren, Breneman Becker (Kelissa), Ethan Becker, Nolan Becker, Makayla McAdams, Jack Newport, Evan Newport, Lillian McAdams, and Lucy Newport, great grandchildren Kyler Becker and Waylon Becker; sisters Georgia Jean Crowley, and Marlene Cox (Dave) , brothers George E. "Butch" Crowley, II, Harry Crowley and Don Crowley. She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of 24 years, James Breneman, and brothers Jim Crowley and Jack Crowley.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at DeBaun Springhill Chapel.  Service will be Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mark Mundell will officiate. Burial will follow at Durham Cemetery.
