Billy Kurtz Myers, 87, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

He was born December 16, 1929 in Terre Haute to Emmett "Pete" Myers and Goldie Kurtz Myers.

Billy was a truck driver for the State of Indiana Highway Department and a farmer.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Martha A. Price Myers, who passed away February 6, 2006; his daughters, Penny Myers and Kathy Myers; and sisters, Reba Vencel and Christine Allen.

He is survived by his son, Gary Myers and his wife, Kathy; daughters, , Debra Padgett, and Lora Conwell and her husband, Carl. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, Aaron Myers (Leeah), Eric Myers (Grace), Caitlin Padgett, Colin Goodrich, Carl W. Conwell (Aleisha), Brad Conwell (Heather), Anastasia Godsey (Zach) and Seth Conwell; and seven great grandchildren.

Services will be held Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 East Springhill Drive, Terre Haute; with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.  Burial will be in New Harmony Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
