Beverly Jean Hettich, 72, of Terre Haute passed away on May 1, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was born January 23, 1941 in Vincennes, IN to John and Edna (Witsman) Doades. She married Donald L. Hettich on October 15, 1960. Beverly worked for many years as a secretary/office manager/receptionist. Then she chose to become a baker in later years at HoneyCreekMiddle School after retiring from office work. Beverly was an avid reader, enjoyed crafts, gardening and spending time with her family. She also loved going to Las Vegas. She dearly loved her family. Beverly is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donald Sr; daughters; Karen A. Brown of Terre Haute, and Teresa L. Courto & her husband Steven of Jasonville, and Lisa of Cloverdale. She is survived by six grandchildren; Max Brown Jr, Alex Brown, Sara Williams and husband Nolan, Lindsey Hettich, Jesse Courto, Makayla Hettich, and one great-grandson, Jakob Williams. One brother, Kenneth Doades and wife Patricia of Greenwood, IN. She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Jr. and her parents John & Edna Doades. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday May 4, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 E Springhill Dr. Pastor Rob Slaughter will be officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00p.m. until service time. In honoring Beverly's wishes, cremation will take place after services.
