Betty was taken to her eternal home on Sunday, April 10, 2016. She was born on November 8, 1939 in Indianola, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon Carl and Opal Geneva (Rutledge) Dudley, her brother Charles Vernon Dudley, and her sister Verna Lee Jones Jordan. She is survived by her husband, James William Poff; 3 sons, William C Poff (and Martha), Timothy M Poff (and Karen), and James M Poff (and Sheri), and a daughter, Michelle A Mullens (and Charles); a brother, Vernon Carl (and Marilyn); 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She enjoyed camping and was a member of Eastern Star, Amaranth, Red Hats, and Good Sam Club. She was a past guardian of Jobs Daughters, a past District Deputy, Grand Representative to Nevada, and past president of the District 8 Association. Funeral services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 11:00 AM, with Todd Payton, Sr. Minister officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 4:00 - 8:30 PM at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, with Order of Eastern Star services scheduled at 7:00 PM and Amaranth services scheduled for 7:30.
