Betty L. Anderson 93 of Terre Haute, IN passed away on August 22, 2022. She was born on September 25, 1928 to the late Woodrow Bryan and Hattie Sherbondy Bryan. She was a resident of Mendon and New Stanton PA until relocating to Terre Haute IN in 2008. She graduated from South Huntingdon High School and worked as an admission clerk at Frick Hospital prior to retirement. She was a member of the Air Force Sergeants Association Auxiliary and prior member of Mendon Baptist Church. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and spending time with her family and her lady friends at Springhill Village.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents and her first loving husband, Elwood R. Pegorie and her second loving husband Earl (Andy) Anderson. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jack Pegorie and sisters, Anne Vogel and Virginia Hughes and brothers, Dale Bryan and Woodrow Bryan.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Pegorie- Kruper and son-in-law Dean Kruper of Terre Haute. Also survived by grandchildren Jennifer Kruper- Atterson (Todd) of Terre Haute and Lori Kruper-Cappello (Jason) of York PA, Ashley Pegorie-Parana (Josh) and Aaron Pegorie of Ruffsdale PA. And great-grandchildren Branden Atterson and Kaylee Atterson and step-great grandchildren, Gabe Cappello, Grayson Cappello and Bella Cappello. Also several nieces and nephews.

Betty's family thanks Springhill Village and Kindred Hospice for their tender, loving care.

In honoring Betty's wishes, there will be no service. Please privately celebrate Betty's memory in your own ways. DeBaun will be making the arrangements for interment at Barren Run Cemetery in Pennsylvani
