Barbara J. (Payne) Agan, went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Charity Payne, a sister Sharon Payne, grandparents Pearl and Sylvia Lucas and Ellery and Christina Hayden; husband Robert Agan, and children Steven, Pamela, John Agan.

She is survived by her sister Janet Morrow (Joe), grandchildren Raymond, Steven, and Shannon; two special same as grandchildren, Cayne and Axle who called her granny; stepchildren Monica McCrary, Robert Agan, Bobby Agan, and Karma Javaux; nieces Lora Fougerousse (Troy) and Kendra Gilbert (Travis), a nephew Brad Rogerson, and several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She will always be remembered as a loving ad caring person who always thought of other before herself. She worked 56 years at AP&S Clinic/Union Hospital where she was blessed with many long-lasting relationships.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024 from 11 am to 1 pm at DeBaun Funeral Home with a funeral service starting at 1 pm. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
