Barbara J. Fields,90, of Terre Haute passed away April 25, 2021 at Cobblestone Crossing Health Campus. She was born April 20, 1931 in Brazil, Indiana to Troy Conley Sr. and Viola (Hughes) Conley. After her birth mother's death, she was raised by the woman whom she considered her mother, Edith (Norris) Conley. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George Fields, whom she married August 27, 1948, her siblings, Jim, Bob, Troy Jr., and Joan, her son-in-law Jim Cole, several nieces and nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law. She is survived by her two children Debbie Cole and Greg Fields, five grandchildren, LouAnn Huffman (Sean) of Ohio, Jon Cole and John Michael Carpenter of Florida, Jessica Fields and Justin Fields (Savannah) of Terre Haute, great-grandchildren, Alex, Emma, Ava, and Lily Huffman, Leah Cole, Brice, Hannah, Hunter (Lauren), Gabe, and Kaitlyn Carpenter, and Lula and Max Fields, and several nieces and nephews. She retire from General Housewares and ISA. Barb loved her family more than anything else. Her loss will be deeply felt by all those that loved her. Graveside services will be Friday April 30, 2021 at 11:00 am in Roselawn Memorial Park with Reverend Pat Knowles officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.
