Almeda Mae Hudson, 91 of Terre Haute, passed away at 10:49 AM on Friday, December 19, 2014 in Union Hospital. She was born in Terre Haute on August 10, 1923, to Riley Boyll and Bessie Cottrel Boyll. Almeda was a housewife and a member of the Youngstown United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Hudson in 2010, as well as a granddaughter, Tracey Adams, and nine siblings. She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Farley and Barbara Presnell, and by one son, Steve Hudson (wife Holly). Also surviving are her grandchildren; Stacey Matlock (husband Derek), Jamie Willis, Jeff Presnell (wife Rhiannon), and Jenna Hudson. In addition, she is also survived by her great grandchildren; Dallas Matlock, Riley Matlock, Collin Matlock, Taylor Willis, Austin Willis, Cody Adams, Kyle Adams, Colten Adams, Logan Presnell, and Lane Presnell, and one great great granddaughter, Madelyn Adams. Almeda is also survived by two sisters, Mary Walton and Reba Williams, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Linda Snider officiating. Burial will follow in Hull Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, December 23, 2014 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM in DeBaun Springhill Chapel.
