Alma M. Rosenberry Pound, 88 of Tehachapi, CA & formerly of Terre Haute, passed away on August 3, 2016 in Bakersfield, CA. She was born in Epsom, IN on March 28, 1928 to Lynn Dillon Rosenberry and Sylvia Grace Mallet Rosenberry. She was a member of Union Christian Church and retired from RCA in 1986. She is survived by her daughter Paula Glover (& husband John), and daughter-in-law Rozanna Page. Also surviving are her siblings: Jim Rosenberry, Linda Chaille, Tonna Lee (& husband Ronnie), and Marilyn Rosenberry, as well as four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Paul E. Page on December 13, 1973, and later by second husband Thurman M. Pound on April 13, 2011. Also preceding her in death was her son John Edward Page, a brother, Sam Rosenberry, and two sisters, Vonda Rosenberry and Rena Wheeler. Funeral services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM, with Mark Grayless officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, August 12, 2016 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Gideons International, in her memory.
