Reta Joan (Siner) Decker, 82, of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday November 21, 2018 in her residence. She was a devoted housewife and mother. Reta was born March 30, 1936 in Terre Haute to Leo Siner and Gay (Frye) Siner. She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Jo Decker; sons, Stephen Mark Decker (Debra Robinson) and David William Decker; a brother, Robert Siner (Maggie); grandchildren, Shawn Decker (Amanda), Chad Jeremey Decker, Tasha Ann McCoy (Zach Smith), Danielle Faith Trierweiler, William David Decker (Shelby), and Waylan Decker; great-grandchildren, Joshua J. Decker, Kaleigh Decker, Matthew Roberts, Maddox William McCoy, Minx Jo McCoy, Tinsleigh Trierweiler, Reilly Trierweiler, and Adley Decker; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bob and Kathleen Decker; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Joann and Bob Hays; sisters-in-law, Sue Decker and Betty Burgess; a niece, Jennifer Singh; a nephew, Andy Siner and many cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband William “Bill” Decker, who died in 2009 and a daughter-in-law, Annette Decker. Reta was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. She was also a member of Town and Country Extension Club and past president of Home Extension Club. She was a member ot the Wabash Western Riders Club, the Terre Haute Antique and Classic Auto Club. She had an honorary citizenship to Boy’s Town, was a past member of the Board of Directors of the Historical Society. She along with her late husband was past owners of the Indiana Theater. She had hosted a foreign exchange student. She loved sewing, baking, crafts and country living and she loved to do anything with her family. Visitation is Saturday November 24, 2018 from 4:00 until 8:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services on Sunday November 25, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Aaron Wheaton officiating.
