She was preceded in death by her father Max Menestrina and her Mother and Step-father, Leith J Satz and Ray Satz. Priscilla is survived by her long time companion Dennis Kerns; her son Greg Stephens and wife Amy; two grand daughters, Shailee and Kenna Stephens; and her Sister Tedra Boyles of Scottsboro, Alabama.
