Anthony O. Holcomb

Anthony O. (Tony) Holcomb, 49, of Terre Haute, passed away Monday, October 7, 2019.  He was born on February 1, 1970 in Terre Haute, Indiana  to Richard Owen Holcomb and Sandra L. Wallace Holcomb.  Tony loved to play tennis and received many awards over the years. He was known for his sense of humor and kindness.  Tony had a fondness for his pets and especially enjoyed his boxer dogs.  He graduated from Indiana State University and earned a bachelor degree in Business Management.  Primarily he was a in the painting business with Holcomb Painting and his brother, Rich. He enjoyed remodeling houses. 

Tony is survived by his parents, his wife of 19 years Linda (Vaughn) Holcomb, brother Richie “Doc” Holcomb (Ariadne),  aunts Carolyn Hyde (Berk) and Jo Barnes,uncle Andrew Wallace (Zoe') of Pleasanton,California. Nephews Drew Holcomb (Mir), Chris Holcomb, David Holcomb, and Brian James Phillips,and great nephew Eli Holcomb .Stepsons Brandan Lee and Patrick Scott Johnson, father-in-law Dan Vaughn, mother-in-law Deborah Vaughn, his beloved Boxer Guy.  Tony is also survived by several cousins; Cherie Jones(Mike), Angie Wrightsman(Dave), Kim Battle(Kevin),Ronda(Eyes) Norris; also Jason Burruss, Jennifer Young, Ashley Wallace and Brooke Steele.

Per his wishes no services will be held.  A family gathering is being planned for a later date.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to DeBaun Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.  DeBaun Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.  Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
