My father Irwin Grillot and George Faure grew up near each other in New Orleans and were childhood friends. They both served in WW II and both went to forestry school at LSU. I am sorry that I did not get to know George but my father spoke highly of him. May you cherish the many memories and may you know peace in the midst of your loss.
