Betty Anderson, beloved Mother, Grammy and Great Grammy peacefully passed away on February 9, 2012 at Northwest Community Hospital, in Arlington Heights. Betty was born and raised in Terre Haute and always considered this her home. Betty was 86 years young cherished her family and will be forever missed. Children, Glenn Allenbaugh, who preceded her in death, daughter Robyn Richardson (nee) Allenbaugh, son-in-law James Richardson, and son Chip Anderson. Grandchildren, Jeremy Allenbaugh, Megan Akoto, Thaddeus Allenbaugh, Jack Anderson and Matt Anderson. Great Grandchildren, Abigail Allenbaugh and Ashton Allenbaugh. Betty was preceded in death by her sisters, Catherine Culver, Lela Goodwin and brother Robert Apple. Survived by sisters Dorothy Henry and Mary Collins. She had many nieces and nephews, and she will be truly missed by all. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Funeral Services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 10:30 AM, with Rev. Steve Cain officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, February 12, 2012 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM in the funeral home.
